Cancellation Policy
All virtual coaching sessions are booked in advance and conducted via Discord. Please review the following policies before booking: • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. • Cancellations made within 12 hours may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee. • No-shows will not be refunded. • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. After booking, you will receive instructions to join the Discord session.
