All event photo package purchases are non-refundable once the event has begun. Due to the live nature of competition photography, images, angles, and exact moments cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds will be issued for schedule changes, missed lifts, athlete withdrawals, disqualifications, injuries, no-shows, or event delays beyond our control. Coverage is subject to meet flow and platform scheduling; in rare cases of simultaneous lifting, priority coverage is given to higher-tier packages.
